Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date you receive your product. If 60 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


📦 RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.


🛠️ DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to help right away 💙. Once you contact us, we will request photo or video documentation of the issue so our team can properly review and confirm the defect. If a defect is verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including reimbursement for return shipping expenses related to the defective product.


💭 BUYER’S REMORSE

If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return an item, we will gladly accept the return within the 60-day window. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


🎄 HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURNS

To make holiday shopping stress-free 🎁, we offer extended return flexibility around major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Items purchased up to two weeks before these holidays may be returned or exchanged within 60 days after the holiday date.


📮 RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for the returned package until it is received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking information for your records. Please email your tracking number to returns@deepresonance.store once your return has been shipped.


🧾 PROOF OF PURCHASE

To complete a return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase may be denied.


💰 PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may apply if an item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, if damage or missing parts are not due to our error, or if the item is returned outside the approved return timeframe.


💳 REFUNDS PROCESSING

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email 📧 to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


📦 UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to being uncollected, we reserve the right to charge a $30 handling fee. This fee helps cover shipping, handling, and any additional processing costs incurred.


⏰ LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact your bank. If you’ve completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at returns@deepresonance.store, and we’ll gladly assist you.
